L.K. Sukany is an author/illustrator, artist, and composer from Arkansas. L.K.'s first self-published book with her spouse "The Boy and the Firefly" was well-received in 2008, and was later broadcasted on KUAR Arts & Letters.
L.K. graduated with a BFA in Printmaking from MSU (Missouri) and a MA in Painting from UALR (Arkansas). She has done grant work with the Arkansas Arts Council, has been featured in various publications, exhibited in galleries and a museum, and is currently working on the "Family Life Part 2 And Growing" series. You can hear some of her music compositions in her family band called "The Damsels in Distress."
L.K. is also a Catholic homeschool mom. Ad Dei Majorem Gloriam!
